How fast do I get my key?
Immediately. Checkout hands you the key on the confirmation page and emails a copy. Card and crypto both deliver automatically once the payment confirms — crypto takes as long as the network takes to confirm.
What payment methods do you take?
Whatever you have enabled in your SellAuth dashboard — typically cards, PayPal, Cash App, and a range of cryptocurrencies. The options appear at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Keys are delivered instantly and cannot be un-delivered, so a delivered key is not refundable. If a product is broken or a key fails to work, open a ticket and we will replace it or refund you. Full terms are on the refund page.
What does the status board mean?
Each product shows its current state. Undetected means the build is live and safe to run. Updating means we have pulled it while a new build ships. Down means do not run it — wait for the status to clear.
Where do I get help?
Open a ticket from your order confirmation, or join the Discord. A real person reads every ticket and stays with it until it is sorted. We are a small team, not a call centre, so replies come as fast as we can get to them.
